Patrick's Hollow residential subdivision traffic and access concerns

The big sticking point from last fall's council denial was traffic and site access. The developer added a second access through the Autumn Grove development, completed traffic studies showing acceptable intersection levels of service, and cut the total homes from 143 to 135. The Jackson Township Fire Department says the plan is a no-go without that secondary access.
